GoJobCard®

GoJobCard® is a powerful planning system for the management of construction & commissioning projects

GoJobCard® is a web-based application which interfaces with other modules in the ‘Go’ Technology suite to provide an accurate estimate of the scope of work and provide level 4 and 5 plans. GoJobCard® has in-built electronic norms and provides resource requirements, split by trade.

Both progress and expended hours are collected electronically within the system and the plan updated. This data is monitored against the project baseline and a suite of reports issued to project management for review.

Any variations to the scope are recorded within the system and changes to the plan updated. GoJobCard® has a suite of reports which identify all changes to the scope and schedule resulting from variations.

At the lower end of the planning system is GoCompletions®, providing level 5 and 6 data by tagged item, while at the top end of the system is Primavera with its well proven multi project functionality.

By using Primavera, we can provide interfaces with the majority of the industries’ players.

GoJobCard® integrates both packages to provide a powerful planning system for the management of construction/commissioning projects.

This application provides primavera with man hour estimates and resources requirements for planning the project scope. This can be done for a single project or multi projects as per the contract requirements.

Technical

Software:

  • Windows 2000/XP (or greater).
  • Internet Explorer 7.
  • Microsoft Word (to view jobcards).
  • Microsoft Excel (for imports/exports).
  • Adobe Acrobat (for reports).

Hardware:

  • Broadband internet access (dial-up access possible but may not be possible to generate large reports etc.).
  • 1.5 Ghz Processor or greater recommended.
  • 512 MB Ram or greater recommended.
  • 1024 x 768 (or greater) screen resolution.

What it interfaces with:

  • Primevera, Microsoft Excel.
