GoProcedures® is a fully web-accessible procedure storage and retrieval system which assists with the task of preparing Commissioning, Preservation, Operations and Maintenance and Decommissioning procedures, based on tested and proven documents.

This tool has been developed in response to the repetitive task that Project Managers, along with Commissioning Managers, face at the outset of a new project when generating procedures.

The tool is, in effect an interactive document library which stores sets of standard templates offering a choice of styles, which are pre-populated with the repetitive and generic information that is typically contained within these documents. These templates are then available for downloading, for specific information to be added then uploaded back into the library.

This then gives a central repository for all procedures required by a project and allows the information contained within the documents to be linked with the Completions Management and Project Planning systems for greater control and use of available information.

  • Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 (recommended).
  • Internet Explorer 8 / Firefox / Chrome.
  • MS Word (to view procedures).

Hardware:

  • Broadband internet access (dial-up access possible but may not be possible to generate large reports etc.).
  • 1.5 Ghz Processor or greater recommended.
  • 512 MB Ram or greater recommended.
  • 1280 x 1024 (or greater) screen resolution.

What it interfaces with:

  • Primevera, Microsoft Excel.
